Fitbit adjustments...again

So my fitbit (flex) is set to customized (based on using it for a year) and medium loss (1lb a week). MFP is set to 1 lb a week and lightly active (most days I reach 10k without added exercise). Example yesterday was Original MFP cal target 1700. Fitbit adjustment was 401 cals. So I should be able to eat 2101 and lose 1lb per week (average over time, I get it)? The only thing I manually add in to fit bit is weight lifting. Thoughts? And yes, I know the only way to know for sure is to track over time. I've lost 50 lbs and another 50 to go and just trying a different tactic (mainly for my sanity). TIA
