Did the holiday season wreak havoc on your physique and training? If so, you are not alone. The important thing to remember is not to let a minor setback snowball into a catastrophe. Get back on the plan, dial your diet in, ramp up the workouts to get back in control. You know ht/wy is coming up in June or sooner if you have an APFT before then. We have a dining in and you need to fit into your ASU's. Do not put undue pressure on yourself by waiting until the last minute to try and fix things. You are not going to drop 20 lbs in a week or 2, it is going to take that long to get your diet and workouts dialed in.
