Ankylosing spondylosis

I have been on mpf for 5 years and did lose a lot of weight. However over the past 2 years i gained it all back. I was also diagnosed with ankylosing spondylosis and have many joint and tendon problems as a result and many exercises cause to much joint pain to want to continue esp when my joints are already inflamed.
