Thanks so much for joining the Ritter Weight Loss challenge!! Here is a reminder of the rules:
1. There is a $5 initiation fee for everyone. You can join or leave the program whenever you wish. If you leave, you have to pay the $5 initiation fee again or pay the difference in weight gain from last weigh in, whichever is less. You can join at any time, but it will be harder to win if you start late!
2. Weigh-ins are every Friday. You must have a weigh-in each week to be eligible for contest rewards or pay a $1 penalty fee for each weigh-in missed.
3. For every pound you gain each week, you owe the pot $1. If you maintain weight or have a weight loss you owe nothing.
4. We will have weekly meetings (optional) to set goals, support each other, and share successes. The first meeting will be next Friday at 1:15 here at Ritter.
5. Everything is completely confidential.
6. We are also using My Fitness Pal app to stay connected with each other and offer encouragement to other participants. Please send me the email address you used to sign up with and I will add it to our group.
7. There will be two ways to win prizes. One will be strictly looking at % of weight lost. The other will be based on personal goals and achievements. (I’ve been using the example of setting a goal to run a 5K by September. Hitting that goal will make you eligible for the personal achievement prizes.) This is to encourage participation from ALL employees.
8. Depending on the number of participants, prizes may also be split between men and women.

So The Arby's and Twix i ate today was probably a bad idea! LOL tommorw i will be better0
