Hey everyone!
If you live near a Trader Joe's, pick up some of their pre-seasoned carne asada. It's amazing! I made it for dinner last night, and I'm eating some of the leftover meat in an omelet right now! Omnomnom!
I'm pleased with how I'm doing on this week's challenge. I've never been good about warming-up or cooling-down, but I've noticed this week that I can work out longer after warming-up than without. I've also noticed that I feel better post-workout when I cool-down. Also, I'm not feeling as sore the next day.
How are you doing this week?
I'm thinking about what next week's challenge should be. This one didn't seem to be very popular. What would you like? I would very much so appreciate your input.
