Had my bypass on 5/3/13 .. recently signed up for running 101 and participation in The Great Race, a 5K here in Pittsburgh, PA. Never ran since high school, don't care what combination I cross that finish line, as long as I get across it. Figured this would give me goals and structure so something new for me.

Want to talk to others who are new or seasoned WLS patients, some issues with nutrition and follow up. Any help would be appreciated!
