Should I feel tired when I'm done?

Forgive me if this is a bad question but as someone who is coming from the world of cardio and exhaustion which led to a feeling of accomplishment... Should I "feel" like I had a good (hard) workout when I'm done? I mean, I'm sweating while I'm doing this, but it doesn't take much to maker sweat. I kind of feel like I'm not working hard enough. Is it designed that way in the beginning? Should I follow it up with a little cardio? I do plan to do cardio on 2-3 of my off days but what about lift days? The only lifts that feel really difficult are the BOR and SLDL. Part of that is because I don't have appropriate weights too. My Db set only goes up to 15 lb and my bb weighs 45 so on my curls I'm using the 15 lb db's but feel like I could lift a little more. I have olympic Db handles ordered and am looking for a used 35 lb bb. I will post this in ETP too but I would love your opinions since you are doing this program.

Nope, exhaustion or even aching muscles are not something that must be felt in order to have a good workout. Sometimes you may feel tired or sore, and sometimes not. Doesn't make a difference!

Good to know. I'm so used to working my butt off, being winded, and my shirt all sweaty so this is just an adjustment. A good one though!

Agreed... This isn't necessarily a kick-you-in-the-a__ routine, although it WILL get harder week to week as you increase the reps and cycle to cycle as you increase the weight, and you may find that specific muscle groups feel more tired than others from week to week or cycle to cycle.

From my own experience, I think the fact that it was so easy when I first started was because I'd actually under-estimated my 10 RM on a bunch of exercises. I ended up just treating the first cycle or so as zero'ing in on the 10 RM, and now that passing that 10 RM barrier on the cycles is harder, I definitely feel the workouts, and most of all by the end of a given week. By the time my work-rest-work-rest-work cycle is over, I'm definitely ready for my weekend rest-rest. :)

To me, that feels like a good indicator of All Pro's intent to blend strength, size, and endurance gains.
