January to March Challenge - NOB NOS

Hey! Let's have fun. I'm challenging you to jump outside of that comfort zone. The holidays can be a huge bump in the road and with the coming big life events (Spartan Race, Baby on the way, Salt Lake City Half), I figured it would be good to bust out of the holiday comfort with a forward focused challenge.

From now through March 19th, I am going to dedicate for myself and all who want to join a NOB NOS challenge - standing for No Booze, No Sugar.

Rules are simple:
-If it's got added sugar, don't eat it. Fruit is good, vegetables are good in their natural form. The best way to tell if it's acceptable is also checking out the fiber content - if the fiber content is relatively high then it is a green light. Fruit juices are no bueno - their sugar is as good as the stuff in Skittles after all the processing. You'll find there are a bunch of hidden sugars in foods you wouldn't expect...
-If it's got booze in it, don't drink it.
