Waiting to hear back from them now.
Time to dredge out my flex!

    I've now read many pages of comments where people's devices were bricked by a firmware update.
    My own secretary said hers was bricked last week during an update. Fitbit told her it was out of warranty. Best of luck. I sure hope fitbit takes a different approach...

    Oh man, this happened to me with my FitBit Flex, and then FitBit Charge HR. I had already moved to another device by the time they fixed the Charge issue, but they had never fixed the Flex issue. Good luck and hopefully they fix it for you. Sadly this is not uncommon.

    Yup. I'm arguing THAT with them now.
