In the weekly Warrior Mini-Goal Challenge focus on your short term goals.

Focusing on one week at a time, when the big picture seems too overwhelming. Small changes can bring on big results!!

Choose one or more things you want to work on for just this week. Don't set it too high or unreachable!!

Please, make sure your week works for you. Sun to Sat or Mon to Sun, whatever is YOUR week!

You can reach your main goal if you break it into small actionable steps. It could be as easy as 1-2-3!

1) Choose something you know you can do easily.
2) Add more difficult tasks to your plan.
3) These small steps will get you started, motivated & help build routine for long term success!!

Anyone interested in joining us for another week, or a first week, or a get back on track week?

Check in often, have a great week and do the best you can! B)<3

Thanks Hearts - I am going to do a workout tonight! How about you this week?

my goal is 5,000 steps daily and 2 workouts. I did get over 5, 000 yesterday so with a workout today, I could be 2/2.

Molly- great job with your consistency. smart goals again. keep it going. Your knees are so worth it.

    Hello Paulette,

Good job on steps and hope you going in workout Tuesday too!

I am doing ok, on the WW scale down 7.4 pounds! Even when over points still within WW plan.

    Hi Molly,
that number sound daunting, but I remember having a conversation with a friend. at the time, I was told to plan to lose a pound a week. I thought that it would take forever and thus was not worth the effort. but as we talked we realized that had I done that beginning the previous year I would have been 52 pounds lighter.

so take little steps and don't look at the big number. I know you have to keep that number ultimately in your mind. but do it on a weekly or monthly basis. One study that I participated in started out with a goal of 7% loss. then when that was reached. another 7%. might be a way to switch your mind around a bit. Do what works for you.

I know you can do this and ultimately you will be healthier and in much less pain once you get the knee surgeries. good luck to you.

Thanks so much for this and that is what I am doing and how the WW plan works. My 1st goal is to lose 10 pounds so I can get 2 months free. then my next goal is to get 5% and then 10%.

At WW they celebrated my 1st 5 pounds! The weekly on hands support is wonderful addition to support I get here on MFP! This week we talked about mindful eating and a great meeting too. Thanks again and keep up the good work!

Hello my weekly warriors - this is your long lost Canadian friend Julie...

I am turning 50 this year (in July) and have a big ambitious goal of being my healthiest self.
I would like to join you again with mini goals. This mini goal challenge was my best motivator by far, as it broke it down what needs my focus in the week. Also a good way to celebrate and calibrate while in the same boat with all you Warriors :)

    See you all tomorrow.
    Julie
