Back at it!

So my highest weight was 280. Had VSG
3/13/2013. Got down to 198 which was 2 years ago. I am at 207.4 now. Had stopped logging, weighing food but continued exercising and portion control. Just decided with the suggestion of my BFF that we both get more diligent now that the new year is here.
Back to logging and weighing , setting new goals.

    Hi @healthybabs . Good to see you. NOW is always a good time to get back to basics with your health. :) Even though you've gained a few pounds don't for get all you LOST. Be mindful of what you eat and keep moving throughout the day. That's what works for me. <3

    Right there with you. Started at 260, down to 193, up to 207. Trying to watch my carbs and be faithful with exercise.
