I'm 31 and a bit of a yoyo dieter in the past.I've struggled to keep weight off but need to stick to it This this time.. I'm looking for a friend who is around 12-13 stone wants to loose around 2-3 stone. I thought it might be nice to do it together keeping each other motivated ECT. Ps I'm vegetarian so would help if you are then we can share meal plans ECT .xxxxx my short term goal is a stone by April when I have a holiday. Who's In?
