I've been lying on the sofa for most of the week, ill :( So I've managed a measly 8 miles this week. Glad I got some extra miles in the bank in the first week!

My total so far is now 63 miles, so I'm still ahead of target just about.

Hope you didn't have the crud like so many of the rest of us! You're still ahead of me, but I did have a good week, for me. My goal is at least 20 miles / week, and I was able to get them done this week. Still have lots of making up to do for my first two less than stellar weeks.

    15 January: 3.75 miles - Walking
    16 January: 2.28 miles - Walking
17 January: Still sick / Nothing
    18 January: 3.30 miles - SUP
    19 January: 5.25 miles - SUP
    20 January: 5.15 miles - Glider
    21 January: 2.58 miles - Walking
Weekly Miles (Sun - Sat): 22.31 miles

    Total Miles: 44.24 miles

I did 26 miles on the stationary bike. Overall at 58 miles. Definitely behind schedule but I'm not in a panic as I'll easily make it up when the weather warms up. Granted, that will be a few more months - but still, not in a panic.

Well, I had the full-blown flu about 10 days ago and slowly getting back to my normal energetic self. I had a couple days with absolutely zero since I didn't even care to wear my tracker to see how far it was between the bedroom and the bathroom (like 10 steps max).

Anyway, making up for lost time a little. Walked nearly 6 miles this past Sunday and have been to the pool 3 days this week. My total as of 1-24-17 is right at 60 miles.
