Hi all!
Sending support and encouragement to everyone trying to meet their goal before the BIG DAY! (T minus 5 months for me)
I've been getting a lot better at keeping track of what I eat, calories and nutrients, etc - I make one menu for the whole week and it's easy to stick to (although portion control has been tricky
)
However, I am constantly struggling to drink enough water throughout the day, and I know how important that is to decrease bloating and promote weight loss - any tips or suggestions?
Any one else in this boat? (Pun intended)

I would say it is important to drink water, try to keep a bottle with you and you will naturally drink more. I've read more lately that as long as you pee light/clear you are drinking enough0
