This graphic expresses how I really am. I'm a walker, not a runner. I've never had the athletic body, but I can walk and I'm happy to be able to be fit for the activities that I enjoy doing. Walking makes me feel good.
What makes you feel happy and good?

I am a walker too! The bank participates in a few runs and they are all excited as they have decided I am a runner. I'm like nope I'm a power walker I do not run. I work in a place with mainly young people I will not get sucked in to be the person who runs when they won't when I don't run. Yesterday was flower day at the bank. All the young girls had their boyfriends send them flowers at the bank to see who got the biggest bouquet. Definitely makes it a fun place to work. LOL

I feel good and happy when I finish a tough, full body workout with my trainer, an aerobic DVD, or a brisk walk with my fur baby. Being able to move my body is yet another blessing in my life!

What a lovely photo. You all look so happy!

    Yes x 3
For me it's walking, swimming, cycling, yoga.
I saw a post recently that said in life we need 3 hobbies. One that helps us earn a living, one that helps us to be fit and healthy and one to be creative. I know that's putting it a bit simplistically and there are overlaps and more factors etc etc but I liked it so thought I'd share with you all.
19.50 here and I'm going to bed. Rock and roll! Hope you all had a great day!

@pwrfl1 My wife, Rose, is stillin Phoenix. I'm back in Chicago metro where I practice estate planning and tax law at my law firm, www.lawelderlaw.com I'm the old attorney. All of my colleagues are in there 30's. I'm the founder, so it's ok that I am the same age as our clients.

My report for the day: It was a good day. The law firm has begun the year well. I've got a super busy week. Tomorrow night I will present to a public workshop and I'll repeat again on Saturday morning. I do about 5 public presentations per month. Next week, I speak to a Chicago convention of the Huntington's Disease Society.
    Today:
Exercise: After a huge day on Tuesday, I just did an easy walk today
    Tracking: ok
    Calories: under the limit.

    Calories: within limits
Tracking: hard but did it today, due to cooking up a storm- too many ingredients!

@RangerRickL , thanks for the encouragement.
Unfortunately I was not doing well yesterday either, even though I will not be in winning circle this month, I will try my best to be better for the remaining of the month.
No exercise, only non-stop standing (teaching)/playing piano from 8 to 4:30, 7-8:30 count something

I am back. I was off to a good start but my dad and mother-in-law both died last week. It was too hard to stay focused but I am back at it and I am taking up the challenge again.
