Last night, we enjoyed drinks and a light dinner with a great view of Phoenix. Today will be my last hike in the desert before flying home to Chicago on Sunday.4 -

Saw a mouse in the garage. It's amazing I clean out the garage and suddenly I see a large mouse. When it should have been a rodent paradise I never saw anything. Ugh I really dislike them.2 -

45 minutes Yoga with Floating Yoga School (YouTube, I actually like her more than Yoga with Adriene) + 30 minutes SworkIt stretching
Feb. 9 Yes x3, 94 minutes
80 minute walk + 7 minutes ski machine +7 minutes stair master
Feb. 10 - Pass Day #1 (damn Fridays)

Some friends opened a sweets shop. Why did I have to suggest going there after dinner . . . ice cream, brownies & cookies!!!

Pass Day #1
I didn't make it to the gym and am endulging in some sweets. It's the first cheat day that I've had since January, so I feel comfortable allowing myself to let go today.
Back at it tomorrow!3 -
I got my exercise in today while helping my kiddos get ready for baseball season.
I tracked all my calories.
And I stayed under, even though I'm having a cupcake after I put the kids to bed.
I managed to knock out one of my February goals a little early. Last night I ran 4 miles straight. It took me 34 minutes. My plan now is to add 30-60 seconds every I go for a run.3 -
Rick, sorry you're headed back to Chi-town. Winter in the midwest can really suck. I'm a cheesehead by birth. Been in CA 2 years, and now we just got flooded- literally. Ah, paradise.
Exercise: 45 min (at least) cleaning house- Mother-in-law coming next week!

Tracking: yes indeed. Only one bite of cookie today, not even a 1/4 of it. Small win! that's why I'm checking in early, because I'm tempted to finish a whole one off!2 -

FEBRUARY 10 - Yes x 3 - Sorry, I am a day behind in my posting!
Ski day number 6, our last day. The weather warmed up for the last two days and the result was heavy, dangerous snow. My German friend has an expression in her language meaning "leg breaking snow". We had an early start but quit by 1:30 due to the conditions. A fun week was had by all!
FEBRUARY 11 - Yes x 3 - Buses, planes, and trains. It took all day to return, but it's always good to be home. My exercise today was heavy lifting of luggage and tromping through airport terminals, with an added walking tour of the Denver airport while waiting for our plane.2 -

It's a good thing I got my exercise in today. Hubby and I got together at the in-laws and had homemade Mexican and then watched old home movies and looked through pics with two of hubby's best friends from long ago. By my guestimation, I was able to stay under.3 -
It's good night to AZ & off to American Airlines in the morning. I will do some exercise walking at PHX airport.
Today was a yes to all 3: exercise; tracking and under the limit calories.
