    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? YES (40 min at gym on bike and at home doing an ab and arm workout app). Busy day for me, as I had to work today.

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? YES

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? YES

    I was far too lazy and went over my cals by about 300. It was a much needed rest day
