Exercise? Yes, I went to my usual 5 oclock Cross-fit class. I almost got 10K steps in BEFORE I got to the gym! So a couple of long walks away from my desk since the weather was so gorgeous.
Calories/Tracking? Every bite! With about 650 to spare1 -
Exercise 30 minute walk through the hills around work. Ended up with a darn sinus headache at the end of my work day so I missed, my Cardio Boxing class (again ), but so glad that I at least got that lunchtime walk in!
