    Morning!

Long *kitten* night. Back extraordinarily sore contributing to zero sleep. Feel like I'm in a stupor today from the meds.....

Good luck today, Lee! We're awaiting news you are on the rebound.....

    Cheers~

    Good morning gentlemen.

I, too, got little sleep. Woke up about 2:30. Sigh.

Have early hearting test at Army hospital, this morning, then have to take DW up for a CT scan this afternoon. What a waste of a sunny day.

Morning men. Doc, sore back here as well, also interfering with sleep. Hope all are well.

    Good Morning!

Skip, praying that you find relief in your back.

I will also be keeping Lee in prayer today that he has a successful procedure, and is pain free quickly!!

Went to the MD yesterday. He set up referral for colonoscopy. I see the nurse practitioner on Valentine's Day, and I'm sure that the procedure will not be long after that. sigh... I know it needs to be done, but I don't have to like it.
Doc and I also discussed my stiff hands. He ordered lab tests (read vampire) to see if blood shows rheumatoid arthritis. I also prescribed a mild ibuprofen like pill that I can take daily. He also suggested that I take glucosamine on a daily basis as a supplement.

Have a great day! -- Steve

Good Morning. Yesterday must be achy back day. I threw in achy knees & calves as well for balance. Looking forward to hearing good news from Lee. In the meantime prayers will continue. I had a couple rough days tracking wise, but am back on track today. Sunday I intentionally took off, yesterday was one of the more uncomfortable days I have had, especially after walking and shopping and I just backed off. Not my best choice but at least it is over. Still sore but will attack with careful stretching/strength routine and reviewing posture lessons.

Morning. Piles of sleet and snow here, and 30-40 mph winds. Cardiologist yesterday agrees I should look into cardiac ablation for my afib. Last night I woke with afib, took my meds and then this morning it came back a little while again. He also prescribed a blood thinner.

DS continues to do fairly well, knock on wood.

Good luck Lee on your medical stuff. And Steve also with your test. (Some Valentine's Day present!).

Good luck with your back and sore body Bill and of course Lee and his surgery too.

I had unexpected good news at my oncologist appt yesterday. My B-cell lymphoma counts were much better so no treatment needed .

Steve and others like Lee and David w arthritis I am sending Ts&Ps for some relief.

David good luck with your DW and her CT scan as well as your hearing test.

I smiled at the typo thinking it was an I <3 Madigan (or other army hospital) test
    :)
