Down 2 lbs in 2 weeks....admittedly disappointed at the pace but I guess it's better than gaining 2 lbs....I figured wouldn't be too great after a "lost weekend"....really have to sharpen my game.0

Sam, thanks for starting the thread!
I started the year at 200.6. This morning, I was at 196.9. I figure that's about 3.7 pounds year to date. That works out to about a pound a week, so I'm happy with that.
I have been using the Garmin Vivosmart HR to track steps, sleep, etc. I think that I've been thinking too much about that, so I put it on my dresser this morning, and wore my regular watch. I want to see if I can stay focused without being obsessed. I will still track food and exercise in MFP. I might just make it a day and come back, we'll see.0 -

I started the year at 219.0 and just weighed in at 216.0 Not quite what I was expecting but I will take 3lbs in 3 weeks any day. I need to refocus a bit and push on.0
