I'm trying to lose all around but I'm heavy enough it should be alright. I'm going to try to stay low carb, because I had GD last time but it feels like that's all I'm craving I know artificial sweeteners are ok in moderation but I still dunno what I'll do.
I had gained about 75 with my twins I had in January (mostly water weight and babies thank god!), and lost about it all. But of course, about 10 lb crept on. In the past few months due to mostly tending to babies and eating out of boredom. Aaannnnd I found out I was pregnant when I was really wanting to lose weight before that happened again!
What's been working for you? How do you handle cravings?

Hello! My last pregnancy I maintained the whole way through because when I got pregnant I was already overweight. Now that I'm considered to be "normal weight" ( I hate that term) my OBGYN wants me to gain 25-35 pounds and honestly, it's terrifying. I worked so hard to lose all the extra weight and now I'm supposed to just throw it back on? I'm hoping to slowly and consistently gain the weight this time around and learn how to fight the cravings and ignore the exhaustion.1
