Anyone else having this issue I have just started my third week of the scale saying the same thing I even gained a few pounds and then that came off and now its not moving again, I had talked to my head doctor and my holistic doctor and they both think my body is in starvation mode and suggested talking to my nutritionist about upping my calories so I called my nutritionist and she stated that she discussed it with the RN and she stated that she wanted me to continue at a 1/4 cup of puree foods which that is not satisfying for me I have been on a 1/3 of a cup for weeks now I get my protein in which is 60 grams and I am taking in 60 plus ounces of liquid in everyday I hate to go against what they want me to do but I am getting very depressed over this I was doing much better on the weight loss pre surgery then I am doing post surgery. is anyone else going through this I am 5 weeks post up my surgery was December 22.

Yeah, I had a stall around the 5th week. It was so incredibly frustrating because I was eating so incredibly little! I think it is VERY common to have a stall around this time. That doesn't make it less frustrating, but at least you know you are not alone!

I am also on week number 5 and have been at the same number for 6 days now. I'm still continuing to eat healthy and within my calorie range and hoping to see a change soon!

I had a stall very recently-- about at the halfway point of my goal. I started tracking my calories closely and once the scale moved I lost about a pond a day for a week. Just be patient with yourself-- your body is going through a lot of rapid changes- give it time to adjust!
