I am STILL ill, so only managed 7 miles. Meh. My total is now 70 miles

I'm upping my miles training for a half marathon so on track so far.2 -
@EauRouge1 - sorry to hear you are still sick. It's a bear to get rid of, IMO. Hope you feel better soon!!
I did pretty good this week. Work is picking up, so less time to workout. A little behind for the week, so still lagging for the month. Did some miles today to get a head start on next week
22 January: None
23 January: 5.06 miles - Glider
24 January: 4.31 miles - Glider

26 January: 2.06 miles - Glider
27 January: None (worked Late)
28 January: 2.15 miles - C25K (Wk1/Day1) + Walking; 3.12 miles - Glider = 5.27 miles total
