Focusing on one week at a time, when the big picture seems too overwhelming. Small changes can bring on big results!!
Choose one or more things you want to work on for just this week. Don't set it too high or unreachable!!
Please, make sure your week works for you. Sun to Sat or Mon to Sun, whatever is YOUR week!
You can reach your main goal if you break it into small actionable steps. It could be as easy as 1-2-3!
1) Choose something you know you can do easily.
2) Add more difficult tasks to your plan.
3) These small steps will get you started, motivated & help build routine for long term success!!
Anyone interested in joining us for another week, or a first week, or a get back on track week?
Check in often, have a great week and do the best you can!

Thanks for getting us started Julie! I will post my goals tomorrow. To a great week for us all! I am going to look for me a journal to see if actually writing down my goals daily helps.
They claim this is really helpful. I want to try it for Feb!1 -

Here is my gratitude for this week
I am grateful for Tennis in my life. I get to play through the year (including winter), I am always learning, it is super fun, I always feel good running around and chasing the ball because it gets my mind off work and things that bug me, it is very social and I love the women I play with as they have hearts of gold. I also met my wonderful man playing this game. So tennis has been good for me and I hope to stay active in it for many decades.2 -

Am away and I find that being on holiday with our group of friends is challenging with respect to staying green. Lots of wine! We are in Ottawa watching the Davis Cup. Very celebratory.
Molly - thanks for the explanation and that makes good sense. Amazing you are still checking in anyway!
Hearts - you are tracking so well on your goals. Seems like you have gained momentum post illness.1 -
Hello Warriors!! Good job!
Julie -- Are you a tennis fan too??!! I wish I could go to Davis cup. Did you go or are you watching it on TV. The Austriallian open was awesome!!
ok, I lost 0.4 lbs this week and WW class was awesome and I am re-committing today to reach my 10 pound goal by next Friday! I can do it. That is less than 3 pounds. I just have to apply myself.
Have a mavelous weekend my friends and make it a healthy one. I have a bunch of plans and I am really going to try to stay on point too. have too! At least the friend I have plans with on Saturday is a healthy friend also. So she will opt for the healthier resturants.
Have a great weekend!!1 -

Keep up the good work Everyone! How is you weekend going? Mines is going good. I got my 7000 steps in yesterday!! Since I am limited physically it is important for me to hit that goal as often as possible. weke
That is why I replaced sleep goal with step goal. I got over 7 hrs of sleep in 4 times last week too. Some days very close to 8!!
Next week I am going to really focus on the decluttering project too and this will help me with my step as well. Going to lower it to 3 vs 4
I am loving WW! and staying connected with MFP is a great combo!!
I lost 0.4 pounds on Friday. I will take it. But back on track this weekend!!
WE can to this together Warriors!! Thanks so much for your wonderful support over the years too. We have been thru thick and thin, on and off, but it is good to see we all refuse to give up!!
