I purchased the 1&2 mile and the 3 mile DVDs of the "watp express" maybe around 2002? I *think* I got them in the summer time out if the $5bin at Walmart. I've used them religiously when loosing baby weight and it's one of the only things I have success with. My fav is the 3 mile but it's skipping around the 32min mark and I lost the stretchy band years ago :s I just don't feel that doing the 1mi followed immediately by the 2mi is the same, honestly I jog in place for much of the walking parts of the 3mi.

So with all that in mind can you ladies recommend any of her other 3+mi DVDs? I can't find watp *express* locally anymore.

    Hello MrsDan1667,

Have you looked on Amazon? You might be able to find that same DVD there. There are quite a few that you can actually download and rent for $2.99 for 30 days also. Also, try her website, she sells them too.

Target has some of her's but not sure if they are older or more current ones, I have't looked at the DVD's there lately.

And check out youtube. You will find a lot of her older workouts there. I found a 3 mile one named American Heart Association 3 Mile Walk.

    Hope this helps,
    Ann

My favorite 3 mile DVD (was my first) - it's called 3 Mile Weight Loss Walk.....here's a video clip: http://www.collagevideo.com/products/leslie-sansones-3-mile-weight-loss-walk
Mary Kay leads the 2nd mile....and she's good. This DVD uses light handweights.

I agree with @AnnofB - you likely won't find Walk Away the Pounds at any store. Do you have a local library? YouTube is great for older workouts.

If you do check out Amazon - Express comes in a compilation with the 3 & 4 Mile walks with a stretchie.

"Express" is kind of code for uses a stretchy band. You should be able to find a Just Walk DVD with a stretchie (included) at Target or Best Buy. I haven't been to Best Buy in awhile, but last time I was there they had more Leslie's than Target. Look for 3 Mega Miles, or 5 Mega Miles, or Walk Slim 5 Really Big Mile....those all use a band. These are filmed in a beautiful new studio, but you won't have any of Leslie's old gang (Mary Kay, Carol, Linda).

You mentioned that you jog during the Express video.....maybe her Just Walk - 5 Boosted Miles would interest you.

TeaBea, Thanks for mentioning Best Buy. I had not thought of them for Leslie's workouts, but will check them out.
Oh, and the "3 Mile Weight Loss Walk" is still in my rotation. Love the Mary Kay mile. Speaking of, I wonder what Mary Kay, Carol, Linda and the rest are doing? Maybe they are leaders at Leslie's studio. I hope so. I like to think they are still walking with Leslie. Not that I don't like the different crews over the years, I do like them too.
