Piri Piri Chicken and Rice

I made another rice dish in my instant pot. I marinated chicken cutlets in Piri Piri sauce for 30 min. Brown chicken on one side and set aside. Add water, rice, spices, veggies, then return chicken. Cook high pressure for 4 minutes, rest 5 minute on off then quick release. So delicious!
