Hi, just turned 70 and have struggled with loss and gains for years. Have several health problems and I am determined to change my poor habits. Started a low sodium program on advice of my doctor and doing yoga and recumbent bike riding. The exercise is not easy but I keep plugging away. Trying to keep a positive attitude and have a nice weight loss by the end of the year.
