Goals: 28 green days
10000 steps/day (the bosses are putting everyone who averages 10k in a drawing for Biltmore Estate tickets. If I win them, hubby and I can go for our anniversary and spend the night at either the B & B or the regular hotel.)
Five fruits/veggies daily
Made it all today, so 1/28.

Hello there! I have been sick for the last two weeks, still to haven't shaken this thing. I think it was actually the flu and a cold. Good times! My goal for Feb is to just get healthy! Need to get back to the point where I can take a walk and taste food, lol.

Quick update. I am doing great on steps, great on C25K. Terrible on fruits and veggies. I need to focus on better for me foods.0
