    Good Morning,
    Don't know if General Lee will see his shadow today but it already feels like spring, 70's again yesterday afternoon. Washed car after yoga.
    Well DW accepted for us an invitation to a super bowl party so I will not be fixing ribs, there goes my plans as well as getting to bed on time Sunday night.
    DMIL had a Dr's appointment yesterday. Doc said she is doing great, if he only knew that's at aggravating us. As they were leaving Dr's office she said she had to have help stepping off curb of sidewalk. DW grabs her hand and as she steps down DW ask why she did not use the handicap walk/ramp near where she stepped down. She is standing next to car, she steps back up on sidewalk then walks down ramp without any help and takes her time walking around car, she did a great job of wasting some more time when DW was in a hurry.
    Trust Raine and Tom made it safely to FL.
    Hope Kelly is enjoying floating around in warm Caribbean.
    Hope Steph is back home even though she did not get to visit, sounds like she planned after she heard they were going to be gone. Just saying.
    Mary, it's time to win big then you would not need to worry about owner; but one must take a risk.
    Sounds as Babe is running around like a gal in heat. Gotta wonder about her upbringing. We hear she's in love and yet so young.
    Lee, if family still there I recommend you cut the heat way down; you know us southerners have thin blood.
    Getting new tires for bike today, promise they will not have studs.

    Late start.....Email blew up this morning from a student in dire straits ("what do you mean I am failing"). Its funny how they pay the money; skip my lectures; forget their assignments; and have the audacity to blame me for their "F." Luckily, this isn't my first day at the rodeo - and lucky I am a softie.... Though the poor kid about *kitten* when I gave the option to do a 10 page essay as a makeup - due when - Super Bowl Sunday! When will they learn - he who holds the red pen - holds the power :D

    Mary - don't leave any money in Vegas. You're up a few bucks. Pack your bags and leave.....Hope you had some nice meals with the boss!

    Sam - your DMIL sounds like mine. I think they're wired to do things simply to pi$$ us off....

    Lee - hows the knee? Any recovery update? Whens the shotgun wedding between Riot and Babe....which reminds me - Babe ain't no babe anymore :smile:

    Raine/Tom - hows FLA? Poor Jack must've been ready to stretch his legs! Have a great time!

    Busy day - more student issues from UC have DHS busy today - ugh! Teaching tonight unless they cancel classes (hmmmmmmm)....

    Lee, most of us women likely fell head over heals/tails with our first LOL. As Trump might say that's: overated. LOL I kid.

    Heal up, party up, go Falcons! Skip, cut the kid a break, just one. hee hee don't be a hardazz.

    OMG we had so much fun at the old Hilton, now Westgate hotel on the roulette table last night. What a blast. Had this hot Harley dude sitting with us that was a stich omg, so funny. Once he found out we were from HD HQ Milwaukee, and rode too, we became fast friends LOL. And my co-worker was cleaning up the table so that was fun, for him LOL.

    My voice is shot.

    Last day, tear down in an hour, then the rest of the day off. Heading out early flight Fri morning.

    Good morning afternoon BBB Friends. I survived oral surgery round 2. I'm sitting here holding an ice pack on my lip. Hearing the wise story about the red pen reminds me of another. He who shows up for committee meetings gets a vote. Here's another one, I believe in free speech as long as I agree with what you are saying. Have a safe trip home Mary.
