tracking

Hi all, I am starting (restarting) to work out with the Brazil Butt lift workouts. I tried to track in in diary but it does not come up. How do you track your exercise?

    I think for the cardio portions, I'd go with Dancing, low impact. Strength training for the sculpting ones..and/or if lifting weights is involved. (which im not sure on, since I haven't done the series yet)
