I am STILL still ill. But I really think (hope) I am on the mend now. Only 6 miles managed this week :/ which puts my total at 76 miles. So I think I'm now behind schedule, yikes.

    Last weeks numbers...

9.8 miles walking, 15 miles running, 10 miles biking

Total for the year so far: 159.9

Got a bit of a sore knee from Saturday's long run so will be dropping the biking if i need extra rest between runs.

Not been back to the GP. The virus I had lasted 2 weeks and then the day after I started feeling better I got a head cold :/ I was so annoyed! But it's definitely on its way out now. It's probably going to be a bit of a struggle getting back into my normal routine but I'll get there.

I'm really hoping I can make Parkrun this weekend, it's the 200th run and there will probably be cake.

@EauRouge1 -hope you feel well enough to compete in Parkrun.

All is well here. My kids school activity schedules have slowed down which has helped me get some of my evening time back.
