Just thought I would start a thread to see how everyone is doing and wondering if anyone has been involved in any activism they want to talk about!

    I'm a Canadian and very upset for our US neighbours. It's going to be a hard 4 years but hopefully you will all remain strong!

    Personally, I'm super stressed. My dad voted for Trump and he's very vocal about his beliefs. I'm a bisexual demigirl and it's just really uncomfortable to be in his home sometimes. I'm trying to focus on getting healthy to keep my mind off of all the things that are happening

    I'm super sorry you guys are stressed! I wish you you all the best! Speaking of politics I'm actually leaving MFP in favour of the Lose It app as MFP is owned by under armour and it's CEO has endorsed the Trump administration.
