Excited to start TF/CLX hybrid

I start the TF/CLX hybrid today! I'm at goal weight and size but i want to get rid of my skinny fat look and get LEAN!

here's my schedule:

    Well, we are already friends, but thought I could share my Hybrid schedule :)

    The basic set-up for me is:

    Monday: CLX Circuit 1 + HIIT (Week 1 of a month this is HIIT15, Week 2 HIIT20, Week 3 HIIT25, Week 4 HIIT30)
    Tuesday: Fire 45 or Fire 45 EZ (Alternating) + Abs 10 + Stretch 10 (if I feel like it)
    Wednesday CLX Circuit 2 + HIIT (increasing as above)
    Thursday: Fire 30 + Core 20
    Friday: CLX Circuit 3 + HIIT (increasing as above)
    Saturday: Fire 55 EZ or Fire 60 (Alternating)
    Sunday: Rest

    So this week I am in Push Week 3 so my schedule is:

    Monday: CLX Push Circuit 1 + HIIT 25
    Tuesday: Fire 45 + Abs 10 + Stretch 10 (if I feel like it)
    Wednesday CLX Push Circuit 2 + HIIT 25
    Thursday: Fire 30 + Core 20
    Friday: CLX Push Circuit 3 + HIIT 25
    Saturday: Fire 55 EZ
    Sunday: Rest

    Probably need to add the Stretch 40 class in too, although I'm not feeling too sore at the moment

    I'm doing this hybrid too, but I'm doing the Janelle Summers version. So far I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!!! Good luck to you. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

    The two programs are combined, giving you the best of both programs for extra fun, variety and a great combination of strength/cardio/resistance and stretch.

    there are a few different schedules online, the Janelle one seems to be really popular but i am going with the original Beachbody one as in general, the workouts only last half an hour. For the shorter days i will just add in HIIT 15 or something.

    have fun with TF, i LOVE it!

    I've been thinking about getting CLX since May. Maybe I will after JM 90 day body revolution!!!

    That's a great hybrid! I have the old set without the low HIITs but with Tone, Sculpt & Core instead.

    I follow the TurboFire Class Schedule then add in ChaLean Extreme Circuits 3 times a week, doing the next Circuit Phase each month. I started adding CLX in month 2 so it's a 16 week hybrid. Once I get to weeks 13-16, I'm going to substitute similar length HIIT, Fire or CLX Cardio classez in place of the workouts I don't have.

    Month 1: TurboFire Class Schedule
    Month 2 : TurboFire Class Schedule + Burn Circuits 1, 2 & 3 once a week each
    Month 3: TurboFire Class Schedule + Push Circuits 1, 2 & 3 once a week each
    Month 4: TurboFire Class Schedule + Lean Circuits 1, 2 & 3 once a week each

    I'm getting great results so far - 6" average weekly loss! I have my progress pics posted too. I really look forward to my workouts each day - especially TurboFire, it's just soooo much fun :) My Select Techs are getting delivered tomorrow - I can't wait to try them out.
