I feel good on keto and it is the frist diet I like.
I am 317lbs and of being sick. I want to run but I can't

    Just keep on for 2 weeks... you will see the difference... I hope by now you have a lot of changes! do share.

    Work up to running! Start off with a short walk, then work to a longer walk, then escalate from there! You can do it

    I've recently lost about 25lbs BEFORE I started the Keto diet, just cutting back on soda and portion control. Its been 4 days, on the Keto diet, making sure to eat healthy fat (low sodium) options. I currently weigh 375lbs and my goal is to lose 100lbs. B)

    I've been eating Keto now for a week and I already have seen results! Not only have I already lost weight, but I feel better than I have in years. I know it's all water weight, but it still is very exciting. I currently weigh 330 and I want to lose 170 pounds. :) I'm up for being an accountability buddy!
