15 pounds to lose

Hi ladies I just had my 4th child, my daughter is 2 and half months old. I went from 174 to 139 already and want to get to be 125 asap then 118-120 by summer. I done this twice before losing 45 pounds in 3.5 months. I just don't have the time to even eat anymore lol. I joined the gym and don't have much time to spend there so I am thinking to cut down to only 20-25 mins on treadmill and doing weight machines plus weights at home since form being a busy mom I do a ton of walking anyway about 12-14k steps without working out. Question is what's a good amount of time and a routine to lift to lose 15 pounds? Any tips? Thanks
