Hi please post how your doing if you need extra support we all know weightloss isn't just about being good and sticking to plan it's a bunch of emotions life and hurdles

My husband and I go out to eat a lot, which makes it difficult for me to watch my caloric intake. This past weekend and this week we haven't eaten out, and I've already lost 2.2 lbs!4

This week so far I've been exercising everyday, and tried a new class Sh'Bam I enjoyed it but not sure my dodgy knees did. Tomorrow (Fri )is a rest day from exercise though.2

I feel like a roller coaster sometimes with my emotions my husband is use to eating out all the time and he continues to do it he isn't trying to loose weight or anything so in his mind its ok to come home and eat a cheeseburger in front of me sometimes it makes me really mad and sometimes it doesn't bother me. He is being supportive by cooking me healthy meals even though he does not eat them he is usually the one that does the grocery shopping because of my schedule and he has made sure that i have all the healthy foods i need but i still get mad at him for eating everything in front of me. i have been sticking with my diet but boy has it been hard.

Make a healthy burger and have healthy similar or have it the both of you it's hard I know my husband ears what he likes I'm the only one who cooks for us 5 I just try cook heathy meals but it's nice to treat yourself occasionally1 -
This was not a good week for me. I only hit the gym once and have been eating like crap and drinking too much. Hitting the reset button today. I need to remember to log what I eat, not eat what I log. If I don't have a plan, the day falls apart. My period isn't going to go away for a long time yet so I can't keep letting that derail me every month. I am so good for 3 weeks, then I undo all that progress eating crap and being lazy and giving into cycle blahs.0

This is my first week eating better and I have worked out only once this week. Although I walk after work everyday, I have a hard time getting on the treadmill to jog or doing any strength training. I've also been hungry before bed almost everyday and have a hard time not going over my 1200 calories. I'm hoping to get my exercising done this weekend!!0

Small victory noted! I no longer have a BMI considered "obese". I'm still in the "overweight" category, but bye bye obesity!!!4
