I'm trying oats again - dedicated brand for coeliacs. Since I was diagnosed I've not really had them as I would get a reaction but i know that most of the time 'normal' ones can be contaminated by wheat etc.
I went to a gluten free expo last year and tried an oat based biscuit and got a skin reaction - that I put down to the oats but since then I have been diagnosed with a sunflower allergy which could have easily been in the margarine they use.Just wondering if others have problems with them or they seem to be OK with the special ones.

I'm in the U.S. and am using Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Rolled oats to eat once in a while but primarily I use them in recipes calling for oats. I've had no problem with them but admittedly I do not have the scope of allergy/intolerance issues you have. I'm celiac and can't tolerate most food additives/colors but no problem with sunflower, coconut, soy etc.
Best wishes!!0
