I started normal low carb on January 7th with an average of 6hrs cardio st the gym. I'd only lost 6lbs. Started keto last Sunday and down 4lbs. I'm really struggling with the fats that make me a bit queasy. I'm 207 and target is 250 by end of June. I'm also combining the 5:2 and 16:8 IF. All the best.

You don't have to get all the fats. Keep carbs to a limit, protein to a range to support your lean muscle mass and activity levels, and fill in fats to satiety. Whatever fats you don't eat, your body will burn body fat to provide.
Focus more on naturally fatty foods like avocado and eggs to get it in that way. And cheese, etc.1 -

I see it's been almost a month since you posted; how have things been going since then? Sometimes your digestive system starts to adapt to increased fat so you're able to handle it better.0
