I am new to this group. I have a 3, almost 4 year old daughter. I started doing Crossfit about a month ago. I'm really loving it. I have actually gained weight so far but I think I wasn't eating enough calories and obviously gaining muscle. I recently upped my calories from 1200 to 1500 and doing some wxtra cardio 3 times a week. I've struggles with weight my whole life but I am going to stick to this until I see results.
