In the weekly Warrior Mini-Goal Challenge focus on your short term goals.
Focusing on one week at a time, when the big picture seems too overwhelming. Small changes can bring on big results!!
Choose one or more things you want to work on for just this week. Don't set it too high or unreachable!!
Please, make sure your week works for you. Sun to Sat or Mon to Sun, whatever is YOUR week!
You can reach your main goal if you break it into small actionable steps. It could be as easy as 1-2-3!

2) Add more difficult tasks to your plan.
3) These small steps will get you started, motivated & help build routine for long term success!!

Hello,
I got a lot of house cleaning did yesterday! Home smells good. Now have to pack stuff for good will in the next couple of weeks. Well over 15 min for sure. Hope to keep at it on weekends, since during the week is not happening

This is my Floridian check-in with you all!
Molly - glad to see that your girl came in and that you did so well last week with WW. I think the energy of a good leader makes all the difference. It is so important to have support and inspiration in reaching your goals, but the most important is knowing how to set that up - which you have done! So pat yourself on the back for that one alone.
Paulette- good to see you back and meeting your step goals!
I have been playing lots of tennis here, and have had one goal which is to hit 12,000 steps on my fitbit.
I've managed this a few days, but not yesterday as it was raining.
I have been paying attention to what I am eating, but not tracking everything either. So perhaps it will be even in the end - i.e. no loss but no gain either.

Not much has changed since I set my goals, having a bit of a difficult week. Looks like you both and Julie too are keeping on the move though! Crazy weather we're having... maybe that's what's making me feel a bit off. All these higher temps have been wonderful but strange for Feb!

Thanks all for encouraging words too! I am just making a quick stop while at work.
Busy with month end stuff! I lost half a pound (0.6) today. Not much but I will take it for sure and it is better than a gain and maintain. Going to shoot for 2 pounds next week so I get back my 1.5 avg weekly loss. My goal is to eventually see if I can get to 2. I am not complaining but it gives me something to shoot for. Meeting today was awesome!! A lot of members work on de-cluttering too!

I am back tonight. Am psyched to start a new week with my warriors. It has been a great week away but I want to go back to the progress I was making as well and my daily routine is good for this.
Hearts - I hear you on this weird and wonky weather throwing you off. But keep at it. I did not manage a swim - argh - as I forgot my goggles in Canada. But I am going to check I'm with a friend about a pool workout she does and ask to join her.
Molly - you are on fire! It is great to see you own this space and be our foundation in this group. But we all take turns in doing this and you are helping us stay motivated, so thank you and keep it going please
Paulette - I love the fitbit Tony got me last Christmas as it has increased my steps / awareness and it has really changed my habits but boy my hips are sore!!! So I know I have to keep changing it up in terms of movement. I am almost fifty and not everything flows as it should LOL.

Hello Ladies- Well I figured I would finish out this week and perhaps begin a new thread for us all.
Julie- welcome back and glad that you had a great week. thanks for the advice on steps. I have a pedometer and have thought about the fit bit but not invested yet. I am 67 and I understand that things don't flow as well as I would like it to. but I will keep on trying.
Molly- Julie is right. you are on fire and you are doing so well. steady and committed. keep it going. Awesome job with your goals last week.
Hearts- Hope you have a good week this week and can get to the pool. I know you enjoy it. we are thinking of you with love and support.
