Busyyyyy.... Hehehe but proudly I got my butt to spin on Saturday and treadmill on Sunday! I had an anxiety attack (mild one) on Sunday morning.., reminded me of how paralyzingly they can be and how utterly frustrating it is when your rational self understands that a lot of it is out of your control and to ride it out. That's when I jumped on treadmill and then it went away!
    GREAT week everyone!

We had a holiday here on Monday, Heritage Day. In some provinces I guess its Family Day. Anyway, so all week I've been a day off, thinking its Tuesday today and its actually Wednesday. Anyway, the sun is shining and it looks like its going to be another storm-free week! We hit a high of 9*C on Sunday, I was feeling spring-like!

Made a turkey loaf for supper last night, I have a good recipe where you mix it with salsa. Makes it so moist and tasty. Think I have enough for leftovers tonight so supper tonight will be an easy one.

Going to get a workout in this morning, just got to figure out which one! My goal today is to get my 64 oz of water in. I have been slacking on that.

I bought a new toy a couple weeks ago...An Instant Pot electric pressure cooker. Oh My Lord it's so awesome. Last night I made ham and 15 bean soup, you know the package of mixed dried beans that you have to soak overnight before cooking for hours and hours? Well, I made a huge pot of ham and bean soup in just a little over an hour with NO soaking. It was the best ham and bean soup I've ever had, too. Not lying, it was delicious. Healthy too! Tons of protein. I've got just a little bit left over that I will probably have for lunch today.

@kerryatoon, SOOO glad it was benign! I was worried for you. I'm sorry it's a financial burden for you. :( That makes the great news a little less easy to take in. I hope you will be back on top soon.

Good morning ladies! I am still here.. just been trucking along logging and not doing much else. But I'm down 1 lb finally and have been doing well on my new cal and macro goals. Also getting my water goals. Now next piece is getting back to the gym consistently. I'm happy that I'm being consistent. It makes me feel really good!

@maureli my current macros are set for 1 gram of protein for every pound of goal lean body weight.. which at this point is about 130 grams. So at this time my macros are set for 30/30/40 (C/F/P)

@NadiaMayl glad to hear you found a way to deal with your anxiety and good job on getting your exercise back up and going strong! You are such a positive person.. its nice to have you back.

@heatherc369 girl you are crushing it again.. every day almost it seems like you're losing more weight. You're doing great! Sorry to hear about your stepson. My daughter isn't struggling with weight and meds but she is also not really a very physically active person. She has always been mildly "slower" in her physical development (she crawled and walked toward the end of the normal range) she couldn't ride a bike or jump rope until last year, etc.. But I have had her in karate for the last 2 years and its been so good for her. Maybe he could benefit from some type of non-competitive sport where he's taught self respect, self control and improving on personal performance rather than being compared to others. Might be good?

@AZLisaLou I'm glad to hear your'e enjoying your new pot.. the soup sounds amazing! Thank you for your well wishes. I've set up payment plans for all my medical bills now so I'm not stressing out about that part. Able to get back to the lifting.. starting back slow of course!

Have a great week ladies! XOXO!

@kerryatoon, consistent is a good thing. If you're hitting your cal, macro and water goals AND you're down a lb, then you're doing great!
