Ok, yesterday was Pass day #2 for me. I was care full and careless. That means that I decided that I was full of care for a bunch of treats at a social gathering and that made me care less about accountability. Today, I have more social fun in store as the extended family gathers after church at lunch. I will be more careful about my accountability so I don't have to report back to you tonight that I was careless. I need you too!

Yesterday I thought I may have to pass but hubby went to the store and bought soda so I got in all my calories. My husband says I will be the death of him. That's because I exercised when he left. Lol. I keep telling him there is a difference between being sick and recouping from eating something wrong. This reaction was rough it may be why I couldn't recall the last time I ate a bagel. Lol. Live and learn.
Monday,Tuesday and part of Wednesday I am in drive thru. Monday will be long john day as I am with one of the hot people. She wears tank tops in snowstorms Lol I am looking forward to when drive thru is hot because of the weather. I am still deciding when to do the change of season wardrobe. I am leaning towards some time in April if the snow disappears. We shall see have a great day everyone!!5 -
PASS #2 for me...the Sonic Oreo blast treat put me over on calories! Enjoyed it immensely, but should have opted for a mini instead of a medium.6

I've not been very good at handling all the eating opportunities this weekend! I did get to exercise and had a much needed nap with the cat. Back on it tomorrow!3

Sunday report: after derailing my train yesterday, I got back on track today.
Calories: ok with margin

Exercise; I'm still sore from Friday, so I did 25 minutes at an easy 3 mph2 -

Hope I didn't play a part in leading others astray from my burger yesterday. I'm shocked I didn't gain any weight, even from the salt. Back to business today. Happy Spring tomorrow!

A co-worker shared a recipe with me today. It is a Walnut Date Protein Bar. The recipe is from the Paleo diet. It is a mixture of walnuts, mushed dried dates, coconut oil, coconut flakes, and vanilla extract. They tasted great, if anyone is looking for a healthy, sweet-tasting snack. I have an insatiable sweet tooth at times, so I am excited to have a guilt free option on hand.1 -
