Morning Rick even bundled up yesterday I came home a popsicle. Another long day but I am glad the week is done after today.2

AquaZumba is fun, if the pool isn't crowded and the instructor doesn't do the moves too fast. Well, my only experience was that. I think it could be great though!
Exercise: 60 min cleaning, an hour shopping- does that count?
Calories: within limits
Tracking: yes, and that kept me from eating potatoes, lemon cake, and apple snickers salad (complete with caramel drizzle) which would have made me have a pass day for sure. I'm to my lowest weight so far, just today. I hope the corned beef didn't salt me up too much. I don't want to gain it back in one day!
