So I have been searching the wardrobe for something green for tomorrow. Lol I am green deficient . Today I am working with the 2 people who run very hot. I pulled out the long John's as we are in drive thru and its 2 against one. It's going to be a long day. I can't wait for some warmer weather.4

March 16th - My candle burns at both ends, but the light is not so bright. Yesterday was a pass.
March 17th - Love the irresponsible post, Rick! Don't worry, it won't lead me astray.
- Exercise is done - 40 minute lap swim, no foot cramps, and new goggles are good. My NSV is I can now just pop out of the pool at the end of my swim upon the pool deck. I used to dread the big "hoist and flop".

I had a very interesting and very long day here in Birmingham, Alabama. I travel home tomorrow getting home about 10 pm.
Today's report:
Exercise: 35 minutes of treadmill cardio & 20 minutes of active stretch
Calories: barely under. Tracking kept me from that second glass of wine2 -
