Not Syncing Issues - hopefully the cure!

GARMIN: Hopefully, the new software update (4.0) will fix the syncing issues with the garmin watches. My exercises (and alot of others too according to the forums) have not been syncing at all this week.
If you're also having issues, make sure you have software version 4.0 and do the following via Garmin Express on your PC:
Connect your watch to your PC.
Open Garmin Express, now your watch is connected.
Open ''Your computer'', you should see the watch there.
Open Language folder, and delete all the languages you dont need/use.
Open DEBUG folder and delete all the files in there.
Close all open files/windows.
Unplug your watch from the PC.
Restart your watch if you wish..
