Hi would be great if we could enter our weightloss or inch loss it can help ourselves and others to stay on track
I weigh tomorrow

Any weigh ins this past week or measures ?

    Week 1 of restart I've tried for months to do a whole week and I finally made it after illness
    - 6lbs
    - 29 lbs to go
    - 42lbs since my highest weight

    Hope next wells kind as I know week 1 it's lots water loss

    208.4 down 3.4 for the week.

    Shooting for the 170-175 range as a target goal.

    Prime example of why I am tracking measurements! The scale tells me I have lost just 8 lbs since Jan 1 but my tape measure tells me I have lost 7 inches around my waist.

    I weighed in this morning and found that I lost 3.5 lbs from last week. The extra walking and mfp really helps keep me on track!

    Down 0.2 pounds. Its a win, as i expected to gain at least a couple with all the stress eating.

    Glad you had a gain maybe do extra walking when stressed try relearn new habits

    I do walk when i can. Did a little over two miles at lunch today and almost the yesterday. Its when the stuff really hits the fan and i can't leave that things go askew for me.

    This will be a better week! Going to start logging good again for a while, as i received a premium upgrade with my samsung gear fit 2.

    Today - 209.4
    Goal - 150
  • Challenging myself in June, hopefully I am able to build new habits.
    Start: 184
    Today: 179
    Goal: 174 for June, 125 total.
