Hope everyone's doing well! I re-committed to my health and wellness goals (again), and hoping to find MFP or Fitbit friends who are also looking for positivity, motivation, and support. I have a Fitbit Blaze. My first goal is to incorporate more activity and exercise, and healthy meals/meal planning to lose 20lbs. I have more to lose after that, but that is my first milestone. Anyone have similar goals? I'll be 40 in a few short months, and I'd love for this to be the year I transform my body and life. It may take time, but I'm in it for the long haul
