Any feedback about results and side effects from people on saxenda over six months and or getting off the meds

I've been told it's a long-term drug, but insurance only covers for a few months at a time. It's a catch 22.0

My PCP told me I could continue taking it I definitely. And my prescription plan considers it a maintenance drug. Without a discount card, it is like $225/month, but if it works, I will gladly pay that.0
