It's not finding motivation for me, it's staying motivated

I find that I find motivation and work hard at staying on track but when results are slow it's easy to fall back to old habits. I do the very best when I wrtie down every little thing I eat and surround myself my supportive people. I really need to celebrate each victory. I will write everything down this week, when I lose a lb I will celebrate by... anything that will keep me motivated other than oh let say cheesecake. lol
