Getting through Anxiety, Depression and Bipolar disorder and trying to lose weight

My name is Angel and I have issues with anxiety, depression and bipolar disorder. The anxiety and depression has been going on for several years. I was just diagnosed with bipolar disorder in 2015. The anxiety is usually what causes me to want to eat. With the depression I don't want to eat, be around anyone or even get out of bed. The bipolar disorder kind of works along with the depression. However, I have a number of physical limitations and feel that by losing weight and having the support that I need maybe it will help with the physical issues along with helping with the anxiety and depression. I don 't know that it will help with the bipolar disorder but I am willing to give this a try. I have tried losing weight several times and have failed miserably each and every time. I may start out doing really good and I may even start losing weight. However, when everything starts looking up for me that is when I seem to start going downhill again. Then the depression and anxiety kicks in and then the eating starts. I am looking for a very strong support group and friends who are also in the same boat as I am.

I am in a similar situation. I lost weight and have recently gained it all back. I started a new med a few years ago and there has been a little emotional eating here and there as well. I am not very active because of severe chronic pain. When it flares up I am pretty much in bed each day. I would love it if you would friend me. I would appreciate the support. And I can support you as well.
